Rear brake light switch

Currently restoring a basket case F1 and am missing the bracket for the rear brake light switch, I can see from the parts drawings that it is just a simple angle bracket but where does it attach to the bike so I can make one as I've drawn a blank trying to find one. A picture would be great if one of you nice people can oblige?

My F2 may sit a bit different due to the footpeg mounts being different to an F1 , but it should be similar

Thanks Hinksy, the bracket looks the same as the one in the parts list and I think that's where I thought it fitted, I have some nice stainless steel sheet I can use to make one.

My mate had it in a box of random bits so I have the bracket now, thank goodness as I wasn't having any luck finding one, probbably another of the unique F1 parts!

Is that m6 or m8 bolt used to mount the bracket?

Larry , I think it is an M8 off the top of my head . It is mounted with the rear engine hanger bolt 90156-300-000

Yes that’s corrrect but it’s the through stud which is M12 I think

Yeah that sounds correct , when I wrote that I was confused as to what was what . I knew M8 was too small but I couldnt get past that . Found this M12 for the win
