Question regading frame and engine numbers

Hallo everyone,

i just bought an Honda cb750 from 1975 (on paper) with frame number CB750-2103224 and engine number CB750E-2422131.
I was searching online for parts but i'm not really sure about the model.. K or F model.
Can some one explain me how to find that?
thank you.

If it was an F the frame would be cb750f-whatever number and the engine would be a cb750FE-whatever number. But I notice it says your in Belgium? Maybe there are some serial number differences outside the US Because by the numbers the frame is mid year K2 or 72 but the engine is a late K5 or 75. I dont think they had different serials for non US bikes until the K6 but I could be wrong, I only know the US stuff.
