Primary Driven Sprocket

Hello,

I must replace into new one crankshaft primary driven sprocket in my CB750F2 Super Sport from 1978; Would advice is this unit fully interchangeable with previous year of CB750 incl. K versions?
If yes it would simplify this issue definitely

While you are doing this , replace the rubbers in the cush drive also .
