So I have tracked down a ticking/ knocking noise to my primary chain tensioner. I cant seem to locate any New OEM tensioners anywhere.
Does anyone have any places worth checking for inventory on this item? Does any one have tips for maybe refurbishing my tensioner if none can be found?
Thanks.

Worth mentioning that there's "stronger race parts" from New Zealand (?and elsewhere) available but these are several times the cost.......

4into1 has "reproductions" I believe...dunno what experience with those is.
Unfortunately neither of these sites have any stock, its been extremely hard to find anything.
Id be interested in knowing what these after market performance ones are from new Zealand though!

Well you started off this by saying you have a ticking knocking sound, are the lifters adjusted properly?do you run zinc in your oil?.. is the cam Wiped?...loose con rod?... Tensioners either tension or they don't... That's some pics of a 750 f I just finished.
