Points plate

I have a ton of twin cylinder honda bikes, but I do not know anything about the Cb750. I picked up a nearly complete 75 CB750 and the cover has been removed from the points cover(?) Will some please help me. I am unsure of what I am missing. I do not see any points.

Thank you. I was thinking so, but I figure I would ask. Does it appear to be missing anything? I learned a bunch about timing and setting the points and then I realized I didn't have any point. I guess I will use the search bar. Thankyou
