Which years cylinders would fit a 78K? My cylinders are having a crack where the cam chain guide sits

Are all the 69 to 78 cb750k cylinders the same?
No they are not all the same. Physically they will fit. Later cylinders have extra sealing rings around cylinder studs. The earlier cylinders up to around k2's or so are slightly shorter then later ones...they made the late ones taller to drop compression just a hair.

Since i dont have access to parts in India i have to import them from US. So i am specifically looking for info on which years will suit a 78k without much changes. Can i look for cylinders after 75 till 78 as replacements?
