Oil seepage...

My bike is starting to seep a lil oil...no drips on the garage floor....some on the fins..never need to top up between oil changes...most noticeable at the base gasket...first step is return to mineral oil currently running(MArated) Synth. to see if that helps...

Any thought bout what is the practical tipping point...in what is acceptable for these 45yr old bikes... its a CB750K1979*..

*I am aware of the 1978/9 bulletin re "rear studs"..

Make sure the crank vent is breathing. If not the pressure will push oil out of the seals
