Oil leak

Has been dripping oil since I got it don’t know how make it stop

There's a plug that goes in that hole. Looks like your cam chain adjusting bolt is broken off too. Both good reasons to leak lots of oil. Look at a parts fiche and you'll see the broken bolt and the plug.
