Oil leak on top end/cylinder on DOHC

I have put new rings, honed cylinder, and installed a new rebuild gasket kit on my 1979 Cb750K. There is an oil leak that I am struggling to determine the cause. *the cylinder was from another bike because the original had a crack. I did not have it flattened. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

did you retorque the cylinder bolts??

yes-29ft lbs

Did you install the o-ring at that location?? Head dowl pin in that location??

May need to over torque or do a few heat cycles.

Head may be warped.
