Oil filter mess

how do I fix this? Just bought this bike and doing a service came apon this mess . It doesn't leak , a lot of weld on there . A new case?

i guess if it works and has good oil pressure you could keep running it. Different set of cases would be the right way to fix it in my opinion. Have to fit new bearings obviously as the bearing code will be different then yours.
