I have a 81’ 750k and when I went to start my bike back up from the winter cylinders 1 and 4 were cold. I stored bike with bowls drained and sea foam in tank. I tested spark outside of the cylinder and it was there but faint. Put spark plugs back in and cold cylinder. What could be my cause???

I would verify that you are getting fuel as well, since you had drained them. Just to make sure the valve didn't stick, unlikely though. You could also check the spark of the other 2 plugs to see how much spark for comparison. It does seem like it is in the ignition system, coils, condenser, points.

I was having this issue and and it ended up being a dying battery. I put it on a tender overnight and 1 and 4 were running with no issues.
