New member and owner need advice please

Hello I got a project bike not long ago it's a 1980 cb750c that I've been rebuilding I saw it and well the 4 carbs drew me in I've finally got it close to riding but I'm needing a service manual and I can't find a free one online and I also need to get a few parts to make it street legal I really can't wait to finally ride her I've been working on her for a min can anyone help woth the manu
