neutral and ill light

Hae a 80 cb 750 c with all kinds of electrical issues. have work through some and am now at...turn key on with neutral and oil light not on...puck starter button o
and they light up..doesnt start but ...i can push button and put in gear and neutral light will go out...have checked the rightsize switchgear and seems to be ok...nothing burned and and has power...thoughts

had the plug in to starter relay in backwards....sometimes i am really surprised my my stupidity ...

also had to put another ground wire on red/green wire to frame...cause i would have nothing at button at times...
