I have a bike i was told was a original 1969 750, the original vin plate is missing and there are stamping on the left side of the neck and the rest of the bike I was told wat mid to late 70s

Frame number is correct for early CB750 which have become known as K0 however the engine number is from a K5 so not the original unit.

The frame would be a Sandcast, if I'm not mistaken, since it is below 7414.
