I have no clue how to take off and clean all 4 carbs and I cant find a shop or the tools to do it so ive been thinking about selling it for like 700 everthing is there it just needs carb clean, gas tank, and battery i have title and keys

i have a video of cleaning them saved but they are stuck on the mounts that go to the engine i took out the bolts and screws and i cant pull them off there stuck in there

Best off to sell it as is before tearing it apart and making it a parts/ project bike. Your $700 price would be a good deal.

If you have the time and inclination, though, you'll be able to sell it for much more as a running bike.
To Biebs point, basket cases leave a lot of room for buyers to negotiate because very few people will buy them that way.

i have the time but tools or money for them no and i need a bike to go get my uh family member from her abuseive parents n the sooner i have a running bike the better

All you need to work on these carbs is a Phillips screwdriver #2 (or better yet, JIS), and a flat head for the jets. Be careful not to step the float bowl screws.

Sounds like you have other problems ( family).

To get your 1984 bike running reliable may be a long term project - gas tank, battery assuming electrical is okay, tires??

Focus on family first!!
