mikuni bs38 carb help

i have a bs38 four linked mikinu carb off a xs650. Do i need to change the jets as it is off a 650 and i will be putting pod filters on it. There are three holes on the air side of the carb along curved oval and to small circle shape. On the two right carbs the bottom circle hole on the rite is leaking fuel... What do i need to do?
Ps this is on a 1978 bobber restore
