Low/no oil pressure at idle

Good day all,
Opinions please.
During teardown all of the main bearings looked almost new... no wear points crank spun freely when torqued up.
Oil pressure light comes on at idle, goes out when revved. oil is freely circulating in the tank. This is a first for me, oil pump was rebuilt, new seals, springs gaskets... and rotors are within spec.

What is your idle speed? Is this cold oil or operating temp? Verify that the oil restrictors are in the head? Cam bearing clearances normally get worn if idle speed has been set too low and can be a large oil pressure bleed off point. Who rebuilt the oil pump? Just because the clearances are in spec, if there is scoring in the pump housing oil pressure will bleed by the pressure and suction side.
