Hi, new here. I've got a 1991 cb750 that starts fine, but after any less than half choke it starts to putter out, and no choke it dies. even after a couple minutes to warm up. The bike doesn't have any gauges so Id have to listen to the engine to find the right speed, to adjust the idle do I turn the black plastic screw by the carbs, or do i need to put a screw driver up into it to change the Idle. This is my first project bike, and first bike ive ever owned. go easy on me.
