Looking at a 1991 Nighthawk 750

Hey guys, I'm going to look at a 1991 Nighthawk 750 today, I'm very familiar with what to look for as basics on any motorcycle, But just wanted to know on this model, what issues or things to focus on with this model in particular. What is a good price to pay for a fair cosmetic good running one ? around 23k miles on it.

Great bike worth $1500.

No valve adjustments very simple and reliable.
Single front disk brake and rear drum.

Problems - vaccum operated fuel petcock leak not worth rebuilding.
new one on eBay about $25
