1979 cb750K with 1980 cb750F carbs

I have cleaned/rebuilt these carbs
I followed instructions from
(macGregor carb rebuilding Honda dohc 4s)
manual as closely as I could
With a couple exceptions I could not remove the slow jet under the #68 jet
Also did not have a small enuff punch to drive out brass seat for slide needle…
I replaced all parts in kit except what mentioned
Even the needle (maybe i should not?)
Pilot screws 3 turns out.
Carbs synced
Idle nice and excellent throttle response
Problem I’m having
Get on the bike to ride it
It’s sputtering like crazy at partial throttle
A little more throttle and it takes off like a scalded ape.
It runs very rich at partial throttle and starts sputtering..
Pulled the plugs.. all 4 black
Question is how do I remedy this issue ???

Problem solved 😁
I took you advice and put the original needles and jets back in again.. thank you 👍
Also went and bought a new screwdriver
And was able to remove and clean the main jet emulsion tubes.
Yeah the eBay/aftermarket carb rebuild kits not to good..😳

Question here.
What’s the primary function of the pilot screws??
Just idle or/and partially transition throttle ..
I’m still noticing slightly rich condition at idle/slow speed.
Also higher idle when fully warmed up. Like 2000 rpm vs 1200 before going on a ride

Now it has developed a strange idle??
Wonder if it’s related to vacuum valves??
Also idle gets higher after warm up
I uploaded a video to YouTube
So you can hear it. Let me know what causes this. Thx.
