Just got scammed

Well it was bound to happen. Wanted to purchase a speedo/tach housing for my DOHC.. Looked legit…. Until he kept saying the carrier needed more money for Insurance… saying it was Refundable.

To be clear, this isn't mine, I didn't have a picture of mine and I just cherry picked the image off of ebay. I have one off a '79 CB750L in much better shape that I'd be willing to part with for quite a bit less than this listing. I'll dig it out of storage and get pics of the actual unit if it's the right one. You can answer this post or DM me.
