Is this frame/project worth it?

Hey guys, I'm new here and looking at this CB750 near to me on CL. It's a '75 and needs a lot of work. I offered the guy $200. He doesn't have a title on hand for it, so he said 200 plus the price to get the title (which he estimates to be less than $100). I'm waiting on more pics of it. It will need a full restoration. TIA.\


PS I am very mechanically inclined to do the work. Also, please let me know of any site sponsors you would recommend getting replacement parts from. (aka head bushings, wiring, engine parts, wheels, brakes etc..)
