IRC GS-11 tires balancing marks

Hi all,

I bought a set of IRC GS-11 tires for my bike and I can't find any information about the right way to install them. The tires have two marks, white and yellow. Any idea which of the 2 is the balancing mark? Should the valve be aligned with the mark or opposite to the mark?
