Hi everyone . I have a P.reg 96 cb750fn I have stripped it right down now starting to get bits to reassemble it .
So I have cleaned the engine and striped off the old crap paint . To find a very shiny engine underneath so I got a culp tins of HIGH heat paint and lacquer so I could not get all the back paint out of the fins so I made sure that there was no grease dirt of flaking paint so I have resprayed all the fins and left the top and bottom shiny . So I found out that if I spray laquer on to matt black it go gloss ..so I checked with small engine brackets and yes it went shiny..
So I'm going to just spray all the engine with HIGH temp clear lacquer.. then looking on media it says not to just keep polising the engine but there bits I can't reach when it's in the frame why want to lacquer it .what do guys say about clear lacquer... or should i just try and keep polishing it .thanks again
