Honda cbx750f not starting just clicking when starter pushed

hello, I have a Honda cbx750f motorcycle for renovation, but the motorcycle stopped starting a few days ago, it started fine, but now it just clicks and the starter does not spin, and when I connect the starter cables to the voltmeter, it shows 12.3V, and when I press the starter button, it drops to 3 ,4V

Get your battery tested, make sure it is fully charged, age doesn't matter here

i dont have battery i am using starter cables bcs it is for renovation

That part i got, but when mrtwowheel said to test your battery you said you didn't have a battery.

Your jumper cables either aren't carrying enough current to operate the starting system, or you've got a bad connection at either end of the cables or, if you're using a charger, your charger isn't capable of enough amps to turn the starter. The clue is the fact that you have 12.3v until you press the button.
