Yes I still have the Honda CB750 front brake rotor disk - I was told this is the part number 45120 300 040
I sell Vintage BMW motorcycle parts and the Honda parts came with a bike I purchased so I can't say
if it will or will not fit your 1980 model

Do you still have it?what year it is and Does it fit 1980 cb750k?
45251-425-000...is the part # for a 1979 to 1981 K model... the part number the seller provided is for the "F" twin disk models which i believe a smaller diameter...and the mounts don't likely match....
Edit.....However with fabrication all is possible (as Allen Millyard has shown......)

That part number is the same I have (5 bolts rotor for the comstar wheels) I’m looking for the six bolts for the spoked wheels
