Hi all thanks again for all the help with my bike so far.
I was going to static time my 1981 cb750 b dohc and one of the pulse generator coils won't line up with the tab on the cam.
I turned the cam to the timing mark for 1 and 4 and it just won't line up like the picture in the manual. If I turn the nut anticlockwise and line up the mark for cylinders 2 and 3 that coil lines up perfectly.
There just isn't enough adjustment when you loosen the plate and try to align the tabs . Does anyone have a clue what's happened.
Thanks
