Help please with cb750 frame

Hi guys I've included a pic I hope you's can help with, Ive a cb750k 1980 frame lined up frame number rc0112015953 does that sound correct for a 750? Also ice tried to include a picture could you's tell me how the ride height is so low and the seat low has the frame been cut etc? Any help would be great

Frame has definitely been cut, the tube with the two tywraps just under the seat is nonstock, the front attachment point is correct but the rear is supposed to be slightly above the rear shock top eye, i.e., the entire tube there should run directly straight across and dead level rather than dropping at the back. Someone has cut it to be able to get that very small seat lower like mounted there. Looks like the rest of frame extension that normally supports a full length rear fender was cut in back of the shock tops as well.

Hi yes hope that's all It was. Is that a standard tank? The pic is not of my frame it's the way I'd like to do mine, is the bike lowered or is it just shorter shocks?

That bike picced is a CB750C with a lowered seat only. They had to cut frame to get that small seat in there that low.
