Help identifying bike model

Hello guys
My friend posted this pic from a junkyard. It's the police models sold here in Saudi. As far as I know these were bought from Canada but there is no paper work . I am interested to pick up a bike .
How can I know it's a 550 or 650 or 750

Well they are dohc so you can rule out 550 and 650. 1979 and up 750

Anything particular he should check .
I would like to convert these to the original look

should be VIN plate and Vin stamped into the steering stem. Should have VIN number, year etc.
