Hello all, another new guy here. Thanks for having me, and please allow me to introduce myself.
I just purchased my second 750 Nighthawk yesterday, a 2000 model with 20K miles on it. I owned a '97 several years ago. I currently own a 2000 GL1800 also.
I am a retired aircraft maintenance inspector, have been a motorcyclist for over 50 years and was a "set-up" mechanic at a motorcycle dealership in South Miami, back in the early '80s. Over the years I have owned several motorcycles, a 350 Four, a 550 Four, (2) 750Fs, a CX500, a V65 Sabre, (5) 700 Nighthawks, a 900 Hornet, a VFR800, a GL1100, a GL1500 and a Yamaha FJR 1300.
I took break from riding for several years, as I was distracted by another form of motorized sport (Autocross), but got back riding in 2023.
