Hi All!
New here and apologies in advance if this is not the correct part of the forum to make this enquiry.
I ride a 1970 CB750 K0.
I think I have the engine running right where I want it after seasons of fine carburetor adjustments, plug chops, a likely just some blind luck... : )
My bike needs some work. Front forks replaced (inc. cracked triple clamp), a small oil leak I can't figure out, and some minor electrical stuff.
I do most of my own work on it but I don't feel comfortable messing with my front end. I think the oil leak must be a seal somewhere I can't reach, and I suck at electrical stuff...
The problem: No shop in the Charleston area will touch the bike. It's too old or they have liability issues or something, I don't know...
I can trailer the bike pretty much anywhere in the North Carolina, South Carolina area.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a shop that could accommodate me for the work described?
Very grateful for any ideas and thanks!
Tom
