Gasket kit questions

Hey all, new member here. I recently picked up a 1982 cb750 nighthawk. I’m curious what brand of gaskets you all like to use or would advise not to use for a top end. I apologize if this has already been discussed!

I'll just add...avoid NOS (new old stock) as many just crumble after 40 or more years in a garage/warehouse......good luck
