I have removed pods airfilters and put a original airfilter box on, and changed the main jets.

First i thought that the main jets was size 120 from original, and the bike was running fine from idle to 5000 rpm (3-4-5 gear) and then it would not take the throttle unless I was going full throttle in all the gears up.

Then I find out of that my carbs was running with main jet size 105 from original. Then I mounted them.

Now the problem is when I give it full throttle from idle it will Stuttering up to 2500rpm and then runs fine. No problems at 5000 rpm at all.

info:
Honda 750 k2 with original airfilter,
original exhaust. Without “db killer”

Carbs 657B.

Synchronization of carbs done.

Air leak testet with start spray.

Carbs has been jetblastet and cleaned.

Take it for a ride and when you get to the spot where it doesnt run right hold the throttle and start closing the choke...if its lean it will pickup and start running better as the choke comes on, if it stays the same or gets worse then it is already rich. You also didnt mention if you adjusted the needle jet or where it was positioned. If its a round top carb as it should be then it has an adjustable needle with slots. This is adjustment is almost more important overall then the main jet as it affects a larger range of throttle.

I already did this with the choke when running. Then it starts running worse.

when I a try to change the main jets and the “side effect” was different from “big” to “small” jets could this be adjusted the needles hight?

this needle adjustment is there a standard setting? Or is it now adjust this a slot up so I would get less fuel, now it getting a to rich mixture?

105 to 120 main jet is a big difference, you should need 110 or 115 for a stock motor. What is the current main jet size and current needle position? A clip in a higher position moves the needle down which means less fuel. Standard setting most of the time is in the middle.
