Front brake line 78 750

Have another newbie question. The front brake hose on my 78 750 is one piece hose and I’ve only been able to find two piece hose . The brake switch is on the perch . So my question is what I have correct for the year or is this a aftermarket hose .

I believe the K8 is a two piece line. Soft from the MC to the fender clip and hard from the fender to the caliper. The switch for the light on those is at the lever I believe (#1 in the MC diagram).
Earlier bikes were three piece and had a hydraulic switch on the lower tree.
