Recent Maintenance (09/24)• Carburetors ultrasonic cleaned and synced.• Front forks rebuilt with new seals• New battery• New fuel petcockThis motorcycle was restored by one of the previous owners (engineer) from lowa. I have included a Dropbox link below to a photo album with extensive photos and videos documenting his restoration process from start to finish.The powder coated and polished parts on the bike are still in great shape and it shows! I am very sad to be letting this bike go, but making room for something new.

I purchased the motorcycle in 2020 from a young man, also in lowa. He purchased the bike from the engineer who completed the restoration mentioned above. The last owner only had the motorcycle for about 1 year and sold to get into motocross. During his 1 year of ownership, his parents insisted to have the motor refreshed by a local motorcycle shop for peace of mind. The engine out service was done by a custom motorcycle shop near Des Moines - $3,000 service ('18 or '19). Unfortunately, I don't have this service receipt anymore.
Odometer shows 39,xxx Miles
During my ownership, I modified the motorcycle to match my personal preference.The goal was for an OEM+ style with cafe racer inspiration. (Chopped OEM fenders, clubman bars, 2-person low profile seat w oem design, and other odds and ends to complete the look)This past September, I had the bike serviced in St. Louis at Flying Tiger Motorcycles (specializing in vintage Honda CBs). The carburetors were ultrasonic cleaned, synced, and jetting was tuned to accommodate exhaust mods.
Both front forks were rebuilt as well during this service with new seals. I've tried listing this motorcycle for sale several times since the last service appointment, but each time I take it out for a "final ride", | second guess my decision as because runs and rides so well!
This bike looks and sounds amazing. The motor runs great and never skips a beat. It's not a showroom bike, as there are minor imperfections from normal wear as you would expect with any vintage motorcycle, but still one of the cleanest examples I have seen in person. Always garage kept since it's restoration and it is very clear the past two owners were meticulous in maintaining this bike.
