Drive Sprocket Seal keeps popping out

I had a local reputable shop do a replacement of several seals including my drive sprocket seal, and after getting the bike back and riding it a bit, the seal failed spectacularly, leaving me stranded with a bike with no oil in it. Had them pop it back in and they added some glue, the bike ran great for a couple weeks and then the same thing happened. They say that there is some damage to the casing from the chain hitting it at one point (it was my fault), but the old seal stayed in just fine. They popped it in again, this time with epoxy, but now im worried. Is there something that I can pass on to them to try, and has anyone else had this happen to them? I love this bike but I need it to be reliable!

The seal has a lip right round the outer edge that locates in a groove machined in the cases. The cases need to be split with the engine out to replace it, if they've shaved the lip off to push it in with sealant, it'll never last.

Yeah, it's a biggie to fix. Your reputable shop did you no favors taking these short cuts. They should have told you not to replace it, probably didn't leak before they mangled it out. Damage was probably done to it's seating surfaces. Using Hondabond around its perimeter is probably necessary now, but only when the engine is removed and the cases separated. Almost a whole gasket set will be needed to assemble again with a high probability of oil leaks where there weren't any before.
