I've got a seat with two "dents" in the cover/foam.
Caused by having another seat stacked on top of it for years.
Cover is otherwise perfect, no rips , no tears, no failed seams.
I'm wondering if it's possible to restore the cover/foam instead of replacing it.
My first thoughts were to find my hot air gun.
But then I remembered that I wrecked the original fork gaitors on my K4 forks by getting them too hot.
Any suggestions welcome.

Maximum temperature 100°C at normal atmospheric pressure.
That makes sense.
More controlled than just pointing a paint stripper gun at, and just trying to guess what temperature you're heating to.
I've got a couple of seats in much worse condition (spits in cover etc) that I might use as guinea pigs before I try it out on the one pictured above
