Cylinder block compatibility?

Shopping for new cyclinder block for 79 750f
Curious if 79 750k block is compatible?

Or a lead on where to get a decent block other than eBay.

According to partzilla the '79 CB750F cylinders have the same part number as the '79 CB750K cylinders. Also looks like any CB750 '79 to '81 inclusive used the same cylinder block. Why not check eBay?
