I'm looking to build custom side panel covers. This is just for 1 side, by the fuse box. What are my options for materials to use? I made a template with cardboard, but I don't know what materials to use and how to fasten it properly. Any recommendations?

I plan to paint this piece a solid black. Add a number 78 on it with some brush and paint.

I did the same to 750c. I got a sheet of metal from a machine that was being scraped at work, took my time with a jigsaw and dremel to smooth out the burrs. You could probably find one at Home Depot. I used threaded rod collars about an extra inch long mounted between the frame and the sheet to level the sheet. Hope this helps
