I am doing a complete engine rebuild for a 1981 CB750 Custom. The original motor timing chain broke. I tore the original engine down to do a rebuild and bought another for parts in case. I noticed that under the gasket on the crank case around the pistons is some tooling or dent from the previous owner pulling the engine apart. Do you think the rebuild and new gasket will seal this dent or do I need to get a new case? I attached images. You can see where the timing chain tore up the case next to the main bearing. I also attached photos of the dent near the piston on the case. InkedCB750 Crank Case 1.jpgInkedCB750 Crank Case 2.jpgInkedCB750 Crank Case 3.jpg

I appreciate any help I can get. I just don't want to put new main bearings in and rebuild this entire engine for it to fail over a dent in the case.
