Hey everyone
I noticed an oil leak on my '93 CB750 coming from the gasket labeled (8) in the diagram below, and I saw that the gasket itself was dry, cracked, and almost hanging from the bottom of the cover;
I have been trying to remove the countershaft bearing cover (7) after removing all retaining bolts, but it seems to be stuck in place by the part which goes through (11) and (12) (I believe the countershaft). Do I need to remove the countershaft seals to remove the cover? Is there another way I should be approaching this?
Thanks guys, I'm pretty new to working on my bike, I have more experience doing engine works on cars, and I haven't found much pertinent information online.
