The Yamiya exhaust seems to be considered a reproduction of the HM300 pipes. Carb jetting would need to be different between the 300 and 341 systems and I understand the 300 flows better. Its hard to nail down the differences, so is there anywhere you fellow members can point me to a comparison/contrast of the two? My K5 would need 341's but I can't even find copies of them. From a cosmetic and performance standpoint, whats the difference?

The differences are in the internal baffling, the Hm300 are by far the better flowing. From the factory the hm300 baffle is removable and leaves a basic straight pipe. The hm341 have non removal baffling inside and it also got more restrictive and have more baffles as the years went on even though it used the same hm341.
