Hi all, I’m looking for advice on how to clean the bottom end? I’ve split the case and I know I’ve got a job on my hands as I had to drill out 3 seized pistons so lots of metal debris everywhere.

What’s the best way of going about this massive clean up? Jet wash?

Also, I have no air hose so it would be manual drying only.

All advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Answering my own post.

Invested in an air compressor for drying. Used serious amounts of degreaser, hot water, nylon brush and kitchen roll/kitchen paper. Ended up doing this in the kitchen for the hot water. Took care to protect the case using towels/blankets.

Looks pretty good now.
