Wondering if could get help with an issue.

My 1982 Cb900f super sport recently just failed inspection because the front brake lever doesn’t trigger the brake lights. The rear break does work.
I can’t seem to even find where electricity would connect to the lever to the break light. Do these bikes even have brake lights for the front lever?

I'm not familiar with the 900F but I do have a 77 CB750, and the brake light switch is a pressure sensor in the brake line from master cylinder to caliper. My bike has it located between the forks, under the triple clamp. Just follow the brake line down from the master. Most modern bikes have an electrical switch located on the brake handle, visible if you look underneath the handle to master connection. Two small wires plugged into the handle assembly. Hopes this helps.
