Cb750 f2 which model have i got

i have just bought this to renovate having owned it 44 years ago and have the reg document but the numbers suggest an engine change which are cb750e 2472359 can anyone verify what model this came off thanks

Dont know on numbers on non us bikes. In US that number would indicate a 1976 K model engine not an F
