Cb 750 and 900 parts usage

Good day everyone.
Is it possible to use the 900 pistons and conrods with barrels on the 750f? If indeed possible will I be gaining cubic centimeters or will I have a loss in power?

I've used 900 crank, rods, pistons, barrels and head on 750 crankcases with no issues. If you swap cranks, you also have to swap out the 750 primary chain and tensioner for 900 parts as they aren't compatible with the 900 crank (different number of teeth on the primary chain sprocket).
