Catastrophic piston gouging

I would not put that engine together until I find the reason for lack of lubrication to cylinders 3 and 4. Do you have oil passage plugged or you have pressure bleeding somwhere due to loose / cracked item...
The oil pump gear had failed on the primary shaft so no oil was getting round.

The other pistons started to seize as well just not as bad, you can see metal transfer starting. If the crank measures good i would at a minimum have the journals polished as they are less then optimal for finish. You can tell it was dry and was moving metal around. As far as bearings using the honda chart normally works fine but I have bearings on hand for my engines so I put in the bearing from the chart and check clearance then change to a different color if the clearance is not what I want. With it having an oil issue I would almost guess that the crank size will be ever so slightly smaller then it was from the factory, and a polish will remove just a minuscule amount so you will probably need to tighten up the clearances a bit.
