Can It Be Done?

I have an 81 CB 750 F, in tough shape. I started amassing parts to rebuild, like a complete front end off a CB900 F and such, but have got bitten by the bug to build something different. Can I put wheel off a 95 CBR 600 on it? Can I change the swingarm to something aluminum off a newer bike? Sorry for the dumb ass questions, its the frist bike I have owned, and would like to have something to play with and build that would be different. TRhanks for your time.

I'm about to DS my 82 cb750f/ss, I think the forks from an xr650l fit. Go on allballsracing.com, they have a huge chart for what has the same bearings. If it has a different length steering stem it might not be feasible.

I'm trying to find a monoshock swingarm for it, I want about 8" of travel at both ends.

I'm sticking with the airbox, I've heard the carbs are a bear to dial in with pods, besides, if you set it up right you can go through some deep dukey!

I'm liking the Avon gripsters for rubber. Not sure what lights and all, or color yet. CAN'T FRIGGIN WAIT!
