Brakes binding

Please help. I took my 1981 CB750 out for a run the other day, and the rear brake started binding very badly. Enough to stall the bike.
I did rebuild the master cylinder and caliper about 2 years ago, and have had no problems until now.
Any suggestions please.

Did you replace the flex hose when you re-did the brakes? They can fail internally and not let the pressure bleed off when you release the pedal.
