Block Studs and cam bolt tapping

I have a 79 Cb750F and one the block studs came out, because of the threads giving out and then pulled out. And I have the cam holder A, top left, bottom bolt, has done the same The threads giving out. Any advice on rethreading/tapping and hardware.

Do you have the parts separated? If so it will be easier to put in a helicoil. I have done so with a cam holder hole, no problems. Should be able to do the same with both holes. Make sure you get out as much of the shavings from installing the helicoil.

Yes I do, I plan on taking the head off, removing the exhaust buckets, and valve assembly on that side. Then tapping and helicoiling it. Do you have any recommendations on tap size and such?
